The agreements behind the platform.

Pharen is operated by Lucubra LLC. These are the platform’s operative legal documents — versioned, dated, and written to match how the platform is actually built. When you are onboarded as a customer, you accept the Terms of Service, the Data Processing Agreement, and the Acceptable Use Policy, each by version; the Privacy Notice and the Subprocessor Register are referenced rather than accepted.

The master agreement for using the platform — accounts, data ownership, acceptable use, warranties, liability, termination.

Trademarks

“Pharen” and the beam mark are trademarks of Lucubra LLC. Truthful, nominative references — “built with Pharen,” “works with Pharen” — are welcome. Don’t alter the marks, use them more prominently than your own, or suggest endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent (Terms §14).
